Under the direction of the Casino Compliance Manager, the Compliance Officer is responsible for assisting in the process of developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with internal controls and departmental policy and procedures, so as to ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and state gaming regulations.
Responsible for the overall operation and management of the Casino Compliance Department, which leads the process of developing, assists in implementing, and monitors compliance with casino internal controls and procedures.
Responsible for the coordination of events held in the Conference Center in alignment with the objectives and goals of the company, and in full accordance with all company policies. Supervises the banquet functions for PCCH to include the planning, set up, execution and tear down of all events. Assists in all management operations, including scheduling, billing, training and control.
Accurately handle all monetary transactions in the Cage/Vault involving cash, chips, and tickets. Perform Cage Cashier’s duties according to department policies and procedures. Provide friendly and courteous guest service at all times.
Is responsible for all overnight cleaning responsibilities, to include deep cleaning, in the F&B and banquet outlets ensuring the kitchen(s) and kitchen equipment is ready for the next day’s operation. Must adhere to Occupational Safety and Health and Hygiene Regulations and health and safety guidelines while performing their duties to the highest standard.
Consistently provide excellent guest service by greeting and communicating with all guests in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner. Quickly and accurately verify games and perform large cash transactions. Cross-train and perform all functions and tasks of the money room and floor.
Is responsible for providing a clean, friendly and enjoyable gaming experience for guests of the facility. Cleans and maintains the appearance of the casino, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
Provide friendly, responsive cocktail service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Provide food and drink serving duties at dinners, banquets and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.
Provide safe, tasteful and appealing food to our guests by utilizing proper preparation methods. Accurately cook food to guests request. Able to cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and sauces, and prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items.

Assure efficient collection, sorting, cleaning and distribution of laundry in order to provide high quality services for our guests. Be responsible for following established laundry procedures including sorting of linens, stain removal and reject procedures, and washing, drying and folding of laundry. Stock carts and linen closets.
