Working knowledge of the Food & Beverage Outlets. Assist Food & Beverage Manager(s), Supervisors and Department, in executing administrative/clerical services for the Department. Interface and communicate with other departments of the Casino. Familiarity with a variety of guest service assistance, F&B practices and procedures is expected. In addition, this position is responsible to promote a positive outlook through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Complete necessary landscaping improvements and general upkeep to offer guest satisfaction and safety for the Casino and Hotel. Provide maintenance of all machinery used for grounds upkeep.
Assist in ensuring computers, software, hardware, and related equipment is maintained in good working order at all times through general maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist in ensuring the security of all software and hardware. Provide excellent service to guests, vendors, and Team Members.
The Host or Hostess Team Member is to provide a positive first impression of our establishment. This position coordinates the activities of the dining room through an equal distribution of Guests to Servers, and aids Team Members in providing the best in Guest Service.
Provide safe, tasteful and appealing food to our guests by utilizing proper preparation methods. Prepare a variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking. Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Is responsible for all overnight cleaning responsibilities, to include deep cleaning, in the F&B and banquet outlets ensuring the kitchen(s) and kitchen equipment is ready for the next day’s operation. Must adhere to Occupational Safety and Health and Hygiene Regulations and health and safety guidelines while performing their duties to the highest standard.
Is responsible for providing a clean, friendly and enjoyable gaming experience for guests of the facility. Cleans and maintains the appearance of the casino, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
Provide friendly, responsive cocktail service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Provide food and drink serving duties at dinners, banquets and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.
Provide safe, tasteful and appealing food to our guests by utilizing proper preparation methods. Accurately cook food to guests request. Able to cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and sauces, and prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items.

Be responsible for providing a clean, friendly and enjoyable experience for all guests. Clean guest rooms in an effective and efficient manner. Assure efficient collection, sorting, cleaning and distribution of laundry in order to provide high quality services for our guests. Be responsible for following established laundry procedures including sorting of linens, stain removal and reject procedures, and washing, drying and folding of laundry. Stock carts and linen closets.
Provide our guests with an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring clean serviceware. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized.
