Responsible for the coordination of events held in the Conference Center in alignment with the objectives and goals of the company, and in full accordance with all company policies. Supervises the banquet functions for PCCH to include the planning, set up, execution and tear down of all events. Responsible for all aspects of the daily activities of the Hotel Front Desk, reservations, and Gift Shop. Responsible for the preparation, production, and control of all food outlets and banquet facilities at Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel. Work closely with the Managers of each outlet in the areas of ordering food/supplies and monitoring inventory. Assist in the training of F&B Staff in all areas of preparing and cooking food items for both outlets.
Consistently provide excellent guest service by greeting and communicating with all guests in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner. Quickly and accurately verify games and perform large cash transactions. Cross-train and perform all functions and tasks of the money room and floor.
