When is check in?
Check in begins at 4:00 pm. (Should you arrive early, we will gladly store your luggage until your room is available)
When is check out?
Check out is 11:00 am.
Are cribs and roll-away beds available?
Cribs, roll-away beds and mini-refrigerators are available on a limited basis for $10 per night.
What is your cancellation Policy?
Hotel Cancellation policy
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours of the date of arrival and no-show reservations will be charged for a minimum of one night stay. No-Show reservations with consecutive nights reserved will automatically cancel.
Dates of stay may be rescheduled at any time without fee, though rates and room availability may fluctuate.
During certain holidays, special events a minimum stay and/or deposit may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to reserved departure date. Deposits will not be refunded.
Do you have discounts for Carter Club Members?
Carter Club Members: 10% off rack rate. There is also a discount of 15% off rack rate for groups of 10 or more rooms.(Only one discount/offer per guest, per day, may be taken; discounts and/or offers can not be combined.)
Do you allow pets?
Except for service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities, pets are not allowed.
Can I use the fitness and pool area?
Our recreational area is for registered hotel guests, only.
Is Internet access available?
Yes, wireless access is available in each of the guest rooms and suites.
Is smoking permitted within the property or guest rooms?
Smoking is allowed in designated smoking rooms and areas of the property.
