Where do we register for an RV site?
The sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. You must register at Guest Services in the Casino.
What does it cost to use the travel trailer dump station?
Nothing, this is complimentary for our guests that are utilizing our RV parking.
When using the RV parking spots, what does that include?
Complimentary electric hookup, dump station.
Hours: Open Daily from 10 am – 10 pm
Current C-Store hours are 6 am – 10 pm.

When did the hotel open? The hotel welcomed its first guests in May of 1994.
Can I change or cancel a hotel reservation online? Yes, you may change or cancel your hotel reservation by calling the Front Desk at 715-473-6875.
Do I need to provide my credit card information to book a hotel reservation? Yes, a valid credit card is required to book all hotel reservations at Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel. Your credit card will not be charged until you check in to the hotel. Online transactions are processed through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting your information from being disclosed to third parties. If you prefer to provide your credit card information directly to one of our Reservation Representatives, they can be reached 24 hours a day at 715-473-6875.
What is Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel’s cancellation policy? Cancellation must be made no later than 4 pm central time 24 hours prior to your arrival date. *Group reservations: must be canceled no later than 4 pm central time 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation made after this time or no-shows will be charged a one-night stay at the standard rate plus tax. Early Departure: The latest point at which you can change the departure date without incurring the cancellation charge is at the time of check-in, or you will incur the full charged amount of booked stay and applicable taxes Guests departing early are not guaranteed reinstatement of room and rate. Guests attempting to reinstate a reservation that has been departed prior to the original checkout date are subject to room availability and prevailing rate.
Do you require authorization on my credit card for incidentals? Yes, a major credit card is required at the time of check-in. Your credit card will be authorized for Room and Tax & $50 at check-in to care for any incidentals that you may charge back to your room, such as dining.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is before 11 am
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out? Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on the availability of the hotel and can be requested on the day of by contacting the Front Desk.
Do you offer group bookings? Please contact the Front Desk at 715-473-6875 to learn more about group bookings.
Do you have a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room? The minimum age to reserve a hotel room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in time and become a registered guest in the room.
Is there a policy about children staying in the hotel or dining in the hotel restaurant? There are no age restrictions in the hotel. However, entry into the Casino does have age restrictions. Please see Casino House Rules for additional policies.
Can I reserve connecting rooms or special location? Special requests for rooms are accepted, but not guaranteed, based on availability the day of your arrival.
What services do you offer to those who have special needs or disabilities? Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel is proud to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We have ADA rooms as well as hearing-impaired rooms to accommodate your needs. Please see the features below and specify your needs when reserving your room.

Is smoking allowed in the Hotel? No, all areas of the casino and hotel property including all of our guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas.
How do I find something I’ve lost or forgotten? Assistance in finding a lost or forgotten item is available at our hotel front desk or security desk on the casino floor.
What if I need to send or receive a package while I’m staying in the hotel? Packages can be sent to:

How old must you be to play bingo?
Players must be at least 18 years old to play bingo.
Is alcohol allowed in the bingo hall?
Yes. Guests 21 years of age or older may enjoy their favorite cocktail while playing bingo. Carry-ins are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed in the bingo hall?
No. We are currently do not allow smoking in the facility. Guests may smoke in one of our designated smoking areas outside the casino main entrance or outside the hotel/banquet corridor area.
Can I use my credit card to play bingo?
Yes. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
How long does a bingo session last?
Regular sessions last approximately 3 ½ hours.
Do you have electronics?
Yes. All of our games are available electronically and on paper.
Can I reserve my seat?
We do take seat reservations for our New Year’s Eve Bash. However, all other sessions are first come first served.
Is bingo played every day?
Bingo is played Friday through Sunday.
