If you have a complaint or dispute that is unresolved by the respective department manager, please contact the Guest Services department for assistance.

  • In Person:  Visit the Guest Services booth and request a Guest Service Report.
  • Email: Send an email to loyalty@cartercasino.com to request a Guest Service Report.
