We are open & committed to Keeping Carter Safe! Different than other businesses, the gaming and hospitality revenues generated here have always served a greater purpose of preserving heritage, tradition and providing vital services.

Masks Not Required

• Guests who have been fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask.
• Guests who have not been fully vaccinated are encouraged to continue wearing face masks for the health and safety of themselves and those around them who may be unvaccinated.
• Masks are available for your convenience.

The Springs

• Breakfast: 7 am–2 pm
• Lunch: 11 am–2 pm
• Dinner: 4–10 pm

The Springs offers a full breakfast menu + a breakfast buffet on the weekends. Get your Fish Fry on Fridays or try our Prime Rib Special on Saturdays! A full soup & salad bar is available daily after 4 pm.
