Our hotel offers venues and meeting spaces perfect for weddings, social, or corporate events and a pre-function area as well. These rooms are located on the same floor of the hotel, so they are convenient and easy to find. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art AV and complimentary WiFi.

A variety of seating layouts are available for your event and our team will work with you on making sure everything is up to your standards. Whether it is a small or large event, we will work with you to ensure that it is a success.

• Willow Room A large elegant space for your biggest events, 4,800 square feet, and seats up to 384 guests.
• Balsam Room Half of the Willow Room, 2,400 square feet, and seats up to 192 guests.
• Spruce Room Half of the Willow Room, 2,400 square feet, and seats up to 192 guests.
• Kahquados Room A large space for your big events, 3,600 square feet, and seats up to 276 guests.
• Kisheck Room A smaller event space, 1,800 square feet, and seats up to 132 guests.
• Mexico Room A smaller event space, 1,800 square feet, and seats up to 132 guests.
• White Birch Room A more intimate event space, 540 square feet, and seats up to 36 guests.
